TheSCAT and SCConfig tools have been developed by HPC team@Taurus and are in use for the configuration and administration of SANKHYA HPC CLUSTERS.
SCAT(Sankhya Cluster Administration Tool)
Description:
This tool is used in the Administration of Sankhya HPC clusters.It performs the following functions:
- The SCAT utility monitors the status of network, rsh, NFS and NIS in all the nodes of the cluster and displays the status of each service in a user-friendly and attractive format.
- It resets the NFS and NIS services.
- It can be used to execute a command on all nodes of your cluster.
SCAT is developed using python as its frontend. It uses Shell scripting for carrying out cluster administration.

SCCT (SC Configuration Tool)
Description:
This tool automates the configuration of Sankhya HPC Clusters.
* It has an easy-to-use GUI which makes the configuration process very user friendly.
* SCCT is written using a series of shell scripts which sets up NFS,NIS,Rsh and other cluster utilities. It's packaged with a GUI written using Python's gtk module.
