Warranty:

System/Peripherals under warranty shall be repaired/replaced free of cost unless it is being tampered, reckless handling, burnt, damaged by rodents, fire, theft, riot etc. Under such situations warranty stands void and liability of the company in providing free service easier.

Paid Service:

Paid services are available for products supplied by us even after warranty period, on call basis or by entering in to an Annual Maintenance Contract. We also maintain on call basis, AMC of computers that are not supplied by us.

Annual Maintenance Contract:

This contract ensures regular service whether or not called upon, apart from routine inspection, the service engineers will be at your service as and when required. The contract will be honored on receipt of 100% payment before commencement of the contract or otherwise if stated. The AMC can be of two types namely with spares and without spares.

*Replacement of any spares under the category of without spares will be at the cost of the customers.
